3. What is the Load-in/Load-out Schedule?
Exhibitor Move-in*
Tuesday, August 5, 2025: 1:00pm – 6:00pm (400 sf+ set-up only)
Wednesday, August 6, 2025: 7:00am – 12:00pm
NOTE: If an exhibit is not set up by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, Show Management reserves the right to re-assign such space to another Exhibitor or to make such other use of the space as deemed necessary or appropriate. Show Management reserves the right to set up the exhibit or remove the freight from the booth at the Exhibitor’s expense. No refund will be made to the original contracting Exhibitor. Show Management reserves the right to modify hours in which case all Exhibitors will be notified.

4. How do I make my hotel reservation?
To make your hotel reservation at one of the official HPJ Live partnering hotels, please click HERE. Please make your reservation using the link provided or by calling the hotel directly.
NOTE: We will never reach out to you to make a hotel reservation within an “official HPJ Live block” or to try to sell you an attendee list. Please do not work with anyone offering these services.
5. Where can I find an event logo to use, and how can I best market my booth?
Please contact Emily Tintera at 314-805-1395 or [email protected] for details on sponsorship opportunities available. Packages can be customized to suit your company’s specific marketing goals.
6. How do I edit my online company profile or logo?
Login details and instructions on how to access the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) have been emailed to your primary booth contact. Please feel free to contact HPJ Live Exhibitor/ Registration Services at [email protected] for further assistance.
7. What comes with my exhibit booth?
Each 10’x10’ (100 sq ft) booth will receive:
- Three (3) Complimentary Exhibit Booth Staff Registration Passes. You must register your booth staff through the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) or by emailing your team member’s names, email addresses, city, and state, to [email protected]. Note that the main exhibit points of contact received an email with a separate login and password to access the online registration Exhibitor Service Center (ESC). If you need your login to be resent, please email Andi.
- Three (3) Complimentary Guest Registration Passes. Your exhibitor-specific registration code has been previously sent to the main exhibit point of contact via the same email mentioned above, but please reach out to Andi if you need it to be resent. Please share this comp guest code with important customers that you’d like to see attend HPJ Live. Guest passcode registrations should be completed on the attendee registration page. If you need to update individual registration, you can do so at the Attendee Service Center.
- Furnishings Included with 10×10 booth:

- (1) 11”x17” exhibitor identification sign indicating company name and booth number
- (1) 6’ skirted table per booth or exhibitor
- (1) wastebasket per booth or exhibitor
- (2) Century Chairs (Gunmetal Grey and Chrome Frame) per booth or exhibitor
8. How do I order booth electrical, utilities, technology, audio visual, rigging services, lead retrieval, etc
Electrical, utilities, tech and AV is available for ordering at The Exhibitor Store on behalf of Centry II.
9. How do I receive an Exhibitor Services Kit to order tables, chairs, other equipment, load-in/out and other labor?
- Each exhibiting company’s main contact will receive an email with the Exhibitor Services Kit, enabling exhibitors to preorder any equipment or services they may require to properly display within their booth are. The email will also include user-specific login credentials from Heritage Exposition Services to access their account and place orders for furnishings, schedule shipping, and additional services.

- In order to receive advance order discounted rates listed in the price sheet, Heritage must receive orders and payments by the following dates below:
- Custom Heritage Rentals – Tuesday, July 8, 2025
- Carpet, Furniture and Accessories – Thursday, July 17, 2025

FOR: High Plans Journal Live Shipping Labels can be found in the emailed Exhibitor Services Kit - Crated, boxed, or skidded materials will be accepted at the show site beginning at 1:00pm, Tuesday August 5, 2025 at the show site address. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility and may be subjected to additional venue handling fees.
