1. How do I register for the event? 

• The 2025 HPJ Live registration is now open and available HERE. 
• If your family plans to accompany you to Wichita, please click HERE for city information. Please note that for safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the exhibit hall floor at any time.

2. How do I make my hotel reservation? 

To make your hotel reservation at one of the official HPJ Live partnering hotels, click HERE. Please make your reservation using the link provided or by calling the hotel directly.  

NOTE: We will never reach out to you to make a hotel reservation. 

3. What is the tradeshow facility’s address?
