3. What is the Load-in/Load-out Schedule?
Exhibitor Move-in*
Monday, August 3rd 1:00 PM – 5:00PM (Large Exhibitors – 400 sq.ft. and larger)
Tuesday, August 4th 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
If an exhibit is not set-up by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, Show Management reserves the right to re-assign such space to another Exhibitor or to make such other use of the space as deemed necessary or appropriate. Show Management reserves the right to set-up the exhibit or remove the freight from the booth at the Exhibitor’s expense. No refund will be made to the original contracting Exhibitor. Show Management reserves the right to modify hours in which case all Exhibitors will be notified.
